If you borrowed a dongle from another workshop or bought a second-hand unit without transferring the license, the hardware ID inside the dongle is tied to the original computer.

1. Do not run Windows Update on the Autodata PC without first checking for HASP driver updates.
2. Freeze your hardware: Do not change your motherboard, boot drive, or network adapter.
3. Backup your dongle’s dump using a tool like "HASP Dumper" to create .dmp file. This allows you to use the emulator method instantly if hardware changes in the future.
4. Keep a dedicated PC for Autodata 3.45 – an old laptop or desktop that never connects to the internet.
5. Disable automatic driver updates via Group Policy:
