Introduction to Banlanx App

• Cumulative Flow Diagram: Shows how many cards are in each column over time. Great for identifying bottlenecks.
• Cycle Time Report: Average time from "To Do" to "Done." Lower is better.
• Burndown Chart: For sprint planning. Tracks remaining work vs. time left.
• Member Workload: See who has the most open assignments.

• Dashboard: quick summary of balances, spending this month, and upcoming bills.
• Accounts: list of linked bank accounts/cards and manual accounts (cash, crypto).
• Transactions: chronological list of all transactions with search and filters.
• Budgets: set monthly category budgets and view progress.
• Reports: visual charts for spending by category, income vs expenses, and trends.
• Settings: account settings, security, notification preferences, and export options.
