• Reinstall BDE after RAD Studio (not before).
• Manually run C:\Program Files (x86)\Embarcadero\Studio\19.0\Bin\bds.exe -r to reset IDE registry.
• Copy bde*.bpl from old Delphi installation into C:\Users\Public\Documents\Embarcadero\Studio\19.0\Bpl.
