Track 1: Warm-Up
– "Wake Up" by The Stickmen Project ft. Jess Ball bodyattack 119 tracklist
- Music edits: All tracks are custom-edited to ~4:00-5:30 min (Track 8 is 4:45).
- Choreography book: Pages 12-14 include three low-impact options for Track 3 (plyo lunges become alternating reverse lunges).
- Masterclass tip: The peak track (8) includes a 10-second silent countdown on the beat before final sprint – use this to build anticipation.
Warm-up (Tracks 1-5)
- Purpose: The ultimate cardio test – all-out efforts.
- Key Moves: Power lunges → squat jumps → tuck jumps → 30-second sprints on the spot → burpee half-turbo (no push-up).
- Vibe: Drum & bass / neurofunk, chaotic but controlled. Coach cues: “This is the mountain – you’ve trained for this moment.”
