- Run BootICE from the USB (keep it on the same drive).
- Check disk order: Is your OS disk Disk 0 or Disk 1?
- Reinstall MBR (NT 6.x) → Reinstall PBR (Bootmgr) → Mark partition Active.
- Reboot → remove USB.
- Copy your
grldrfile (the bootloader binary) to the root of the USB drive. - Copy your
