Absolutely, but with tempered expectations. Refrain is a fascinating time capsule. It shows how developers in the early 2010s tried to translate complex console genres to a platform that wasn’t ready yet. It’s playable, it has its moments (the boss fights against Berial and Credo are genuinely tense), and the soundtrack—featuring stripped-down versions of “Shall Never Surrender” and “The Time Has Come”—still slaps.
