Run the Utility: Open the software on your PC (connected via USB), select the ET-2400 model, and navigate to the "Waste Ink Pad Counter" section to reset the percentage to 0%.

Three Types of Resets for the ET-2400

• Connect via USB (critical — network reset won’t work for counter).
• Select Waste ink pad counter → Reset.
