Euro Truck Simulator 2 (ETS2) is not available for download or play on the PlayStation 3 (PS3).

• Used Steam Deck (LCD model): $250-300. Docks to your TV.
• Office PC + GTX 1050 Ti: You can build a used PC for under $200 that runs ETS2 at 60 FPS on medium settings.
• NVIDIA GeForce NOW (Cloud Gaming): If you own ETS2 on Steam, you can stream it to any laptop, phone, or tablet—even to your PS3’s web browser (though controls may lag).

Other OS

Very early models of the PS3 (CECH-Axx, CECH-Bxx, CECH-Cxx, CECH-Exx) running firmware 3.21 or lower support installing the feature. You could install a Linux distribution (like Yellow Dog Linux) onto the PS3’s hard drive. Once in Linux, you could theoretically install the Windows version of ETS2 via Wine (a compatibility layer).
