  1. Fragment 1 – Underground Reservoir, behind a cracked wall (use bomb item).
  2. Fragment 2 – Sector C, on a high ledge (requires double jump from Sector D).
  3. Fragment 3 – Old Church area, under the altar (press interact while standing still).
  4. Fragment 4 – Eastern Ruins, inside the water pump room after draining water.
  5. Fragment 5 – Final dungeon, before the last boss, in a hidden corridor behind a false wall.
