Stat Outcome:

+15.3% Attack Speed, +9.9% CDR (or 4.5% MS), +72 Health, +7.5 AD, +7.5% MS.

Focused on physical stats like armor, agility, and strength.

Mixing Penetration and Damage incorrectly. Never mix "Might" (AD) and "Pierce" (ArPen) in the same color tier. Focus on one. If you buy an ArPen item later, flat AD Glyphs become wasted.
Overcapping CDR. The CDR cap is 40%. If your core items (like Frostburn and Boots of Lucidity) already give 30%, using 10% from Glyphs is a waste. Swap Blue Glyphs for Move Speed or Magic Resist.
Ignoring Purple Glyphs. Some players forget to upgrade their Purple slots because they are expensive. Do not do this. 3x Purple Glyphs are worth ~15% of your total stat budget.
Using Scaling Glyphs on Snowball Heroes. If you are playing Grom (early-game jungler), do not take "Health per level." Take flat health. You need power now, not at level 18.
