When you launch an InstallShield setup, it isn't just one program. It’s a "launcher" that unpacks a hidden secondary installer into your computer's temporary folders. The "disappearing" act usually happens because:

• Press Windows Key + R, type %temp%, and hit Enter.
• Delete everything inside this folder. (Skip files that are "in use").
• Press Windows Key + R again, type temp, and hit Enter.
• Delete everything in this folder as well.
• Note: This forces the installer to create fresh temp files rather than overwriting corrupted ones.
