Neoprogrammer V2.2.0.10 is a specific version of a popular, lightweight flashing software used primarily with the CH341A USB programmer to read, write, and verify BIOS and EEPROM chips. Overview of Neoprogrammer V2.2.0.10
The interface is dated (think early 2010s utility), but it’s functional. All critical functions – Detect, Read, Erase, Write, Verify – are one click away. No unnecessary wizards or bloat.
- Load your new BIOS file (File → Open → select
.bin,.hex, or.rom). - Click “Erase IC” (takes 10–30 seconds for 8MB).
- Click “Blank Check” to verify all cells are empty.
- Click “Write IC” . V2.2.0.10 will show a real-time byte-by-byte progress bar.
- After writing, click “Verify IC” to compare the chip content with the source file.
Read IC
: Click the "Read IC" button to download the data currently on the chip into the software's buffer.
