Charge Your Device:

Make sure your device has a sufficient battery charge. It's recommended to have at least 50% battery.

Fix:

The NVRAM partition is corrupted.

• Verify exact model (A37m) and HW identifiers:
  1. Install MediaTek VCOM drivers on PC.
  2. Obtain correct scatter file and ROM folder.
  3. Open SP Flash Tool → load scatter file.
  4. Choose download/firmware upgrade format per instructions (Download Only vs Firmware Upgrade vs Format All + Download).
