Decoding "Reload Complete, Joining tModLoader": Causes, Fixes, and Advanced Troubleshooting

  1. Enable your mod pack.
  2. Reload mods.
  3. Go to Mods > Mod Pack > Save Mod Pack. Give it a name (e.g., “MyPack”).
  4. Export or share the enabled.json file located in Documents/My Games/Terraria/tModLoader/Mods/.

Step 1: The Hard Reset (Clearing the Cache)

  • Also delete enabled.json (this forces tModLoader to rebuild your mod list from scratch).
  • Restart tModLoader. Re-enable your mods (but only a few at a time—see Step 4).
