Step 3: Enable USB Debugging

- Install the RK Android Tool v135 and any required drivers on a Windows PC.
- Extract the firmware package and note the relevant image file(s).
- Launch the tool and choose the correct operation mode (e.g., "Upgrade" or "Flash").
- Load the firmware image(s) into the appropriate slots in the tool (system, boot, etc.).
- Connect the device in Loader/Preloader mode (often by holding a specific key combo while plugging USB).
- Confirm device is detected (check VID/PID/serial in the tool).
- Click "Start" or "Upgrade" and wait — do not disconnect the device.
- Verify completion status in the log; reboot device when finished.
