Rpf To Zip Portable

When RPF contents are encrypted and you lack authorization.
When distribution of contents would violate copyright or licensing.
When the RPF is actively used by a game that expects the original container format; changing to ZIP may be useless for runtime purposes.

Parses the RPF header to detect version, encryption flag, and table offsets.
If encrypted, uses a built-in XOR key or embedded lookup table (for known Rockstar keys – does not crack unknown keys).
Walks the directory tree and extracts each file entry.
Compresses the extracted data using DEFLATE (standard ZIP compression) and writes to a .zip archive via a streaming ZIP writer.
Optionally, can also copy unencrypted RPF files directly without decryption.
