Power Supply
: Most models use a 9V or 12V DC adapter or 6 AA batteries.
- Cleaning white keys: Use a damp microfiber cloth with mild soap. Never use alcohol or bleach – it removes the texture coating.
- Dust under the keys: Use compressed air (short bursts) between the key gaps. Hold the keyboard upside down first.
- Button sticking: A tiny drop of DeoxIT D5 on a cotton swab – apply to the button’s base. Let dry for 2 hours.

First, a quick reality check. is not a major brand like Yamaha, Casio, or Roland. In the world of electronics, “Sound Master” was a classic generic or rebranded keyboard. Unlike modern workstations with thousands of presets, Sound Master keyboards usually offer a curated selection of 8 to 32 sounds. Expect classics like: Bright, percussive tones. Pipe Organ: Sustained, full-bodied sounds.
- Do not expose the keyboard to direct sunlight or high temperatures.
- Do not place heavy objects on the keyboard keys.
- If the unit will not be used for a long period, remove the batteries to prevent leakage.
- Use a soft, slightly damp cloth to wipe the exterior. Never use benzine, alcohol, or thinner.
