1. Loosen motor plate pivot bolt.
2. Slide motor fully forward.
3. Remove old belt; thread new belt over the intermediate pulley first.
4. Tension: Tighten until you can twist the belt 90 degrees at the longest span.

• Heavy ribbed cast iron base with coolant channels (machined versions).
• Precision ground steel column (chrome-plated on later models).
• Column lock and table raising mechanism (rack and pinion or friction lock).
