However, this can lead to negative self-talk, low self-esteem, and a host of other issues that can affect our overall well-being. That's why it's essential to focus on body positivity and wellness, and to cultivate a lifestyle that promotes self-love and acceptance.
A "wellness lifestyle" should be measured by how much energy you have to chase your dreams, the quality of your sleep, and your mental clarity—not the circumference of your waist.
