Controversy and Cancellation

  1. Uncle Grandpa (voiced by Peter Browngardt): A cross between Pee-wee Herman and a fever dream. He is infinitely kind, eternally optimistic, and clinically insane. His catchphrase, "Good morning!" (shouted at any time of day), became a meme staple.
  2. Mr. Gus: The straight man. A cynical, grumpy fanny pack who is usually the victim of Uncle Grandpa’s antics. Despite his role as a literal bag, he is the emotional anchor. His deep voice and weary sighs provided the only relatable human emotion in the series.
  3. Belly Bag (Steve): Initially a minor character, Steve—the sentient pimple on Uncle Grandpa’s belly—became a fan favorite. He speaks in a soft, gentle voice and has an existential dread that rivals any character in the Toy Story franchise.
  4. Pizza Steve: A slice of pizza wearing sunglasses. He is narcissistic, arrogant, and a "ladies man." Pizza Steve often acted as the antagonist within the group, representing ego and recklessness. He was so obnoxious that audiences either loved him or hated him.

However, that description does little to prepare you for the chaos. Uncle Grandpa himself is a portly, mustachioed man wearing a perpetual top hat and a tank top. He is accompanied by a talking, shape-shifting fanny pack named Mr. Gus (voiced by Kevin Michael Richardson) and a dinosaur with a universe for a head named Giant Realistic Flying Tiger (also known as "Tiger").
