Open PCSX2:

Go to CDVD > ISO Selector > Browse and pick your file. Urban Reign Ps2 Iso Highly Compressed

• Do not mash the attack button.
• Use Square + Down to sweep the legs.
• Save your "Super Special" for when the enemy uses a weapon.
• Learn the Parry (Press Square + X) right as an enemy's fist hits you. The window is 3 frames. Practice on Mission 1 for 20 minutes before starting the story.
