Since CargoWise updates several times a year, the documentation is refreshed to reflect new features, fields, and workflows.

1. Document Design (WiseForms)

1. • Template errors: Merge fields break after system updates.
   • Duplicate documents: Multiple users generate same doc unintentionally.
   • Missing audit trail: If document is emailed externally without logging.
   • Slow performance: Large attachments or high-volume batch processing.
