  2. Insert the prepared USB drive into the CPU card’s USB port.
  3. Power up the SL1000.
  4. Watch the LED indicators. The “STATUS” or “RUN” LED will begin to blink rapidly. The system is reading the USB drive.
  5. After about 10–20 seconds, you will see a pattern. On some models, an LCD (if equipped) might show “FW UPDATE.” On others, the LEDs will flash in a specific sequence (check your model’s manual).
